It’s that time again! Scheduled maintenance for your Higher Logic platform(s) is coming up on November 19 from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST /10:00 PM to 2:00 AM CST/8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST.
Higher Logic performs regular maintenance across all its products each quarter. This allows us to provide stable and secure systems for our customers.Online Community and Socious may experience sporadic connectivity during this maintenance window – but hopefully you are enjoying a well-earned weekend during these updates.Informz and Real Magnet customers can expect the following during this scheduled maintenance event:
  • Users will experience brief disruptions (60-90 minutes) while we implement best practice improvements.
  • Scheduled communications and campaigns during this time may be delayed, but engagement data will not be lost.
  • Editing emails and creating new campaigns is not advised during this time.
